We were extremely impressed with David when he came round to do the initial survey as he was extremely knowledgeable and you could tell he has been doing this for years. Lucky for us, Amanda and David squeezed us in at the busiest time of the year and helped us feel safe in our new home. Prompt, Efficient & Friendly Service

We moved into a new house that had an alarm system & garage door installed by BDS as part of the build. I contacted David and he quickly commissioned the alarm & CCTV for us, explained the operation & promised to help if needed at any time in the future. Since then we have changed some detectors to make them pet friendly, we have incorporated some simple fobs to operate the alarm and even had David attend at short notice when one of the heat detectors randomly set off the alarm ! In all our interactions with David on site and Amanda in the office we have received prompt, efficient and friendly service. We would not hesitate to recommend BDS to anyone in the future.

I contacted David some years ago to fit an alarm system to my house after an attempted break in. From the initial survey on my property, to the installation and the subsequent annual servicing throughout the years we have received nothing but professional, courteous and friendly service. Nothing is ever too much trouble and you always get a cheery smile. I originally considered using one of the big nationwide companies but, after a personal recommendation, we opted for BDS.
